Washington Protect America From Arsons

By Steve Conboy

An AIA, USGB Council approved Wildfire Defense Tax Credit has a higher value today than the Solar Tax Credit on multiple fronts. All Wildfire Defense Systems need to be evaluated and approved by the American Institute of Architects ( AIA) and U.S. Green Building Council (USGB) to be approved for this Tax Credit. With all the hate being stirred up here in the U.S., it’s time for our Government to wake up and protect our homes and communities from arsonists setting them on fire. We know that Fire Officials have to say that fires are “under investigation”, but many, if not all of us suspect that fires are arson, and that arsonists are driven by hate and a desire to burn our communities down. It’s time we put WFD Systems in front of the Clean Energy Solar Tax Credit. It’s impossible to get anyone in Washington to listen to what’s needed here in America when so much time is spent on Russia and China. Why do we need to wait on the next tragic fire, such as the fires which occurred in Los Angeles in January? Government officials spend way too much time focusing on our forests, but they need to focus first, and foremost on defending our communities.

Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Firewise USA Site Micro Grants: This program provides funding for Firewise USA sites to implement wildfire mitigation efforts, focusing on home ignition zone improvements and community education. Community Wildfire Defense Grant (CWDG). This grant program, authorized by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, supports communities at risk of wildfire to develop or revise Community Wildfire Protection Plans and implement mitigation projects.

A Wildfire Defense System Tax Credit Will Save More Homes And Communities.
